DDA: problem with logging in
Q: When I try to log in on the platform with the right username and password, I get the message “logged in” and I immediately get the login screen again. I cannot seem to pass this login screen and access the dashboard.
A: This could be caused by the browser cache interfering login process. To check if that's case, you can try in a private browsing (incognito) mode. If that works fine, it is the cache issue and clearing browser cache should solve the problem.
