You (or your colleague) received an email with a subject Decentlab device information for ..  when you purchased a device from us.

Please follow the link in that email using the provided password to retrieve a file named device-keys-2023...xlsx. In this file, you find all useful information, such as DevEUI, AppEUI, and AppKey, related to your all devices.

NOTE: This file is automatically updated each time when you purchase a device from us.
