TTN (The Things Network)

First encode the command according to  How to to encode downlink messages for reconfiguration?. Copy Hex-encoded command for the later step.

Go to your application in TTN console, select End devices and click on your target device. Select Messaging tab then Downlink tab.

Enter the copied payloa into Payload and adjust Insert Mode and Confirmed downlink according to your need. Click Schedule downlink.
